We serve youth, adults, and families who have experienced trauma, adversity, or emotional hardship. Our programs are inclusive and open to all individuals seeking healing, guidance, and personal empowerment.

At this time, we offer affordable sliding-scale rates and partner with local organizations to provide low-cost or grant-funded sessions when available. Please contact us directly to discuss payment options.

Yes. All sessions and client information are kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards. Your privacy and safety are our top priority.
How long does therapy last?
